SUPPLEMENTAL STAFFING
Helping you focus on the day ahead.

We understand how difficult it can be to fill a shift last minute. Life happens - staff get sick, snow days catch us by surprise, people take vacations. When interruptions do happen, EverHome can provide reliable and trusted supplemental care, so that your residents have the care they need, when they need it.

ABOUT OUR STAFFING PROCESS

-
A Supplemental Staffing Contract is signed, allowing EverHome to staff for the facility or community.
-
A request for shift coverage is made by the facility or community and our scheduler works to fill the shift. We aim to always fill a shift, if given 24-hour notice.
-
Before the first shift at a facility or community, our care coordinator does a "First Shift Report" detailing your facility or community's way of operating. We meet with you and ask questions about dress code, documentation, and reporting, so that our caregivers show up fully prepared and ready to work.
-
All caregivers and clinicians who do supplemental staffing thoroughly vetted and are under the direct supervision of our on-staff nurses.
-
After the first shift, we make sure all future caregiver and clinicians are oriented to the facility or community.

-
24/7 Availability - We are here for you, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
-
Zero Obligation Contract - Our contract simply allows you to call us when you need us!
-
Guaranteed Coverage - If we said we would cover it, we will cover it. If not, we pay you!
